How well do your leaders connect with their team?

At the Leaders Map, your leaders will experience a unique training program
as we deliver it without the traditional classroom environment.

The Leaders Map

Our Program will give your team the opportunity to better understand their personality at work, their personal values and how they can harness these traits to lead teams effectively.

Our Programs are delivered as multi-day trips, hiking and camping in the great outdoors in locations close to the Adelaide metropolitan area. We can work with you to tailor a program that suits the needs of your business and your team, including single day hikes or programs delivered in a more traditional environment.

A New Direction For Your Team

You can choose from a range of topics, including; Change Management, Coaching, Communication, Continuous Improvement, Delegation, Difficult Conversations, Drug & Alcohol Awareness, Emotional Intelligence, Facilitation Skills, Giving Feedback, Goal Setting, Leadership Theories & Styles, Mentoring, Performance Reviews, Problem Solving, Seeking Help, Strategic Planning, Team Development, Thinking Styles, Time Management, Training Skills, Wellbeing.

Participants engage in a series of discussions and activities designed to address specific skills identified as being essential in getting the most out of teams and self. Generally 3 topics can be covered comfortably in a single day, and 6-7 over 2 days and one night. You can select a combination of topics that best suit the needs of your team.

The Programs

Our programs are designed to deliver unique leadership training with impact. Each session is led by an experienced and entertaining leader and trainer. In order to maximise the learning experience for participants, group sizes are limited to a maximum of 16. Larger groups can be accommodated on request.

Whilst every care is taken to ensure the safety of participants, bushwalking, hiking and camping outdoors pose inherent risks. Participants will be required to sign a waiver of indemnity in the unlikely event of an accident, injury, illness or death resulting from participation in either program.

Participants need to possess a reasonable degree of fitness and be medically fit to carry a backpack weighing approximately 20 kilograms, to walk on varying terrain and incline/decline, to eat basic rations and to sleep in and on basic protection from the elements.

Some equipment is provided and participants will receive a detailed list of what to bring for each session. All meals are provided on the duration of each trip.
